It’s time to Bee involved in Bee Wise Pollination Maker Camp March 11-15th. This camp will Bee a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of pollination and Bees. There will be hands-on project-based learning activities centered around pollination, plant anatomy, honey bee anatomy, and pollinator support. Youth will build their own Bee houses, make soap out of wax, and lip balm. They will also get the opportunity to suit up into Bee suits and take a look at bees in work. This camp will Bee fun and informative. The camp will be located at the Montfort Boys and Girls club and will be visiting the Bees located next door at Houston Gardens. The camp is for any youth ages 8-12 and there are 4 spots for older youth to be camp counselors. Youth will attend one of either the morning session or the afternoon session. The morning session will be from 9:00AM -12:00PM and the afternoon from 1:00PM-4:00PM. This camp is not restricted to 4-H members. Sign up because space is limited to the first 30 spots. Deadline to sign up is February 23, 2019. This camp is brought to you by 4-H, West Greeley Conservation District, and Monfort Boys and Girls club.
