Learn a new hobby! The Northern Colorado Beekeepers Association offers a beekeeping course that will provide beginners with enough knowledge and assistance to assemble a bee hive, populate it with bees and safely manage the hive. Students also have the option to purchase bees and beekeeping equipment at reduced prices through the association.

The 2014 Beginning Beekeeping Class will be held at “the Ranch” in Loveland on Jan 11, 18 and 25 from 8am-12:30pm.  We currently are planning to begin class registration in September, so check back for the registration form later in the year.   Registrants MUST PRE-REGISTER and pre pay for the class.
Course content recommended for children over 12.
